Maria Kldiashvili

Maria Kldiashvili (PMP, SFLBA, ACC, CSSYB, Ph.D) brings over 25 years of experience in Georgian and international companies, having held senior management roles across the business and technology sectors. Since 2015, she has played a key role in developing all major startup accelerators in Georgia, serving as a mentor and expert, including as lead mentor for GITA. As a partner of SMEDA, she has implemented various projects supporting women entrepreneurs. In 2023, while serving as Dean of the Business and Technology Faculty, she hosted Global Entrepreneurship Week in Georgia. Marika is a member of the Global Compact Network Georgia, an accredited UNDP trainer, and a member of GLEEN – Global Leaders of Entrepreneurial Education Network, founded by the MIT Martin Trust Center. She is currently CEO of the Innovative Learning and Youth Empowerment Association and SAGE Global’s representative in Georgia, where she hosted the 2025 World Entrepreneurship and Innovation Championship.
