„The Building Blocks of Organizational Innovation Pipelines“

This talk explores the role of “hard” and “soft” infrastructure that make up effective organizational innovation pipelines. Drawing on work at MIT’s Jameel World Education Lab (JWEL), the session examines how leading institutions support innovation and how “leakages” can occur in translating ideas into impact. It highlights the role mentorship and coaching can play in helping researchers and teams move from discovery to commercialization. The talk also weaves in practical insights from experience as an entrepreneur, educator, and designer of global innovation programs. Together, these perspectives demonstrate how intentional design of support systems can accelerate innovation outcomes.
