Abstract submission requirements 

Abstract submission requirements: 

The abstract should be between 250 and 400 words. It must summarize the key objectives, methods, results, and conclusions of your research. 

All abstracts must be submitted by 5 September 2025. Late submissions will not be considered. 

 

Conference paper submission 


Once all required fields are completed, a confirmation email will be sent to the corresponding author. The email will confirm receipt of the abstract and outline the next steps, including plagiarism checks and peer review. 

All submitted abstracts will undergo a plagiarism check and a peer review process. Authors will be contacted if any issues or comments arise during the review
