Tuuli Junolainen

Tuuli Junolainen is a psychologist, leadership development expert, and executive coach with over a decade of experience helping leaders and organizations thrive in times of change. She has worked internationally in Singapore and Germany, leading programs for top and middle managers and designing large-scale change management processes for organizations of up to 13,000 people. Tuuli holds a master’s degree in psychology from the University of Tartu, with advanced training in cognitive-behavioral methods and coaching (ICF). Tuuli is a trainer and consultant in Peaasi.ee, where she assists organizations develop systemic approaches to improving and sustaining mental health at work. Passionate about the intersection of psychology, leadership, and future skills, Tuuli brings research-based insights and practical tools that inspire professionals to upgrade their “inner operating system” and lead with clarity and purpose.
