Kirke is fascinated by the opportunities that artificial intelligence enables for digitalisation of society and companies. Despite of AI, human responsibility and ethics is still the key focus for her. She has 25 years of experience working as a leader of large project teams, helped to find the financing for innovation projectds, and ensured efficient coordination and motivation of people. Kirke worked for 18 years as a financing consultant in the private sector and has helped many Estonian projects in research, business, tourism and social affairs find support and set targets and clear goals, and cooperate to achieve them.
