Kirsten M. Poulsen is internationally recognized as an expert on mentoring programmes in business with more than 20 years international experience including 3 years as Nordic HR Director for SAP. Since 1990 she has worked nationally (Denmark) and internationally developing people and organisations through leadership and talent development, strategy development and Lean. In 2000 she started building her expertise in mentoring and established the consulting company KMP+ (company is focused on KNOWLEDGE+MENTORING+PEOPLE to develop individual and organisational PERFORMANCE.)
Professor Paul Coyle is an independent leadership and change management consultant for Higher Education. His work draws on a decade of leading organisational and cultural change. Working with the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education (LFHE), he support change management projects and leadership development. Working for the National Centre for Entrepreneurship in Education, he is the director of the Entrepreneurial University Leaders programme (EULP). Working for the Higher Education Funding Council for England, he is the project Director for the 'Innovation in the Market Assurance of new Programmes' project (i-MAP). The theory and practice of Entrepreneurial Leadership is his main research interest, leading to published works, presentations at conferences and workshops.
Tonis Arro is executive search consultant and coach to teams and executives in venture capital and private equity industry. He is partner in executive search company Executive Lab Search helping to find and coach industry professionals and executives for portfolio companies. He has psychology degree from Tartu University, has studied cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy at Helsinki University and management at London Business School. He is a recent graduate of Academy of Executive Coaching in London and currently participating in Kaufmann Fellowship program. Recently he worked as the CEO of Estonian Development Fund, the parliamentary think-tank and was Chairman and acting CEO of its investment arm SmartCap. Previously he has created, led and grown several businesses, like leading Baltic HR-consultancy and executive search company Fontes and the pioneering Baltic conference company Baltic Management Conferences.
Yrjö Ojasaar is today the Chairman of the Board of the Estonian Service Industry Association and one of Estonia’s most esteemed experts on entrepreneurship. He’s specialties are: designing entrepreneurial and legal experience, negotiating and carrying out international mergers and acquisitions; strategic intellectual property portfolio valuation/development and creating strategic export partnerships and networks; also helping European start up technology and software companies develop and execute rapid growth strategies with international strategic partners.
